+ Participation Procedure |

A. Please fill out "Exhibition Application Form" and return it to the organizer. The application by
fax or by e-mail is acceptable. The application deadline is: August 29, 2008.
B. Upon receipt of "Exhibition Application Form", the official "Exhibition Booth Contract" in
duplicate will be delivered to the applicant for signing.
C. Space allocation bases upon receiving the 50% deposit due of the whole booth rental fee. |

Exhibitor has to make the payment by the bank telegraphic transfer in US Dollars in accordance with "Exhibition Booth Contract" issued by the organizer. The full payment has to be settled no later than September 30, 2008. Failure to pay deposit within 7 days after signing the Contract means the booking booth(s) position may be reallocated.

D. The payment of booth(s) in US Dollar should be at the Cash Buying Rate (BOC
Exchange Rate) issued by Bank of China (www.boc.cn)
as making the remittance.

| E. Exhibitor will receive "Exhibitor Manual" in which consists of freight forwarding, booth |
design and installation, travelling and hotel accommodation, rental facilities, manpower services, advertising, visa application, etc.. Exhibitor is required to offer the forms back to the organizer before the deadline. Booth allocation is on the "First come, First serve" basis until being sold out.
