　C. Booth Booking Procedures:

1. Please fill out this Form and return it to Organizer by fax or by e-mail. The application deadline is: August 29, 2008.

2. Upon receving the Application Form from the exhibitor, the Official “Exhibition Booth Contract” in duplicate will be offer to the
　applicant for signing.

3. 50% deposit due on signing of the Contract. Receipt of deposit confirms the booth(s) location. Failure to pay deposit within 7 days of 　
　signing the Contract means your booth(s) position may be reallocated.

4. Full payment of booth must be received by our agent in Hong Kong - J & J International Exhibition (HK) Co.,
　Limited no later than September 30, 2008.

5. The payment of booth(s) in US Dollar should be at the Cash Buying Rate (BOC Exchange Rate) issued by Bank of
　China (www.boc.cn) as making the remittance.
