c. Way of Payment:

(1) To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of the first night room cost is required to
　 be paid to our account before July27,2008.
(2) The balance of the full payment for hotel reservation should be remitted before August
　 31,2008.
(3) Please remit the payment through a bank which has business relation with Bank of China,
　 otherwise extra handling fee might be charged and it will be born by yourself.

d. Cancellation Fee:

(1) Cancellation and amendment made before June30,2008:
　 No cancellation and amendment fee charged.
(2) July01-September 25,2008:
　 If cancellation made during the period July01-August31,2008, your deposit of one night room
　 cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
(3) Cancellation made after September 26,2008: The cost of three night room rate will be
　 charged as cancellation fee.

　Due to hotel space is quite full in Beijing in the year 2008, hotel rooms will be allocated on first
　come first serve basis. Please reserve as soon as possible in order to get your hotel reservation
　confirmed.
